FAQ's

WHAT ARE DRIED FLOWERS?

Dried flowers are real flowers that have been through a process of preservation. Many different methods are used, the simplest of these methods is hanging the flowers upside down after harvesting in a dry well ventilated area out of direct sunlight and left for several weeks to naturally dry. Other methods can include hot air drying in a drying chamber and silica gel drying where silica gel is used to draw the moisture from the flowers which is a quicker process.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY DRIED FLOWERS?

1- Do not WATER – Moisture will damage them.

2- Keep them out of direct sunlight – sunlight will fade colour.

3- Handle with care – dried flowers are very delicate.

4- If dust occurs use a hair dryer on low speed with NO HEAT.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

They will generally last from 1 – 3 years depending on the types of flowers used and how well they are looked after. Some shedding and fading will occur over time.
